    Experience:
    Nhu currently serves as head girls basketball coach at Boca Raton Community High School and has more than 10 years of coaching, training and scouting experience. His teams have advanced to the FHSAA Class 9A state tournament final four the last 3 years and won the State Championship in 2017.

    Personal Fact:
    Married with 2 children.

    I love to coach to impact lives and spread the Gospel

  • Riley O'Neal

    Sport: Basketball

    Favorite Verse:
    God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:21

    Experience:
    Riley grew up playing basketball in Indiana where he earned first team All-Conference and honorable mention All-State honors as a senior in high school. He went on to play college basketball at Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky. For the past seven years, he has taught middle school Bible at Spanish River Christian School in Boca Raton along with coaching the varsity boys and girls basketball teams.

    Personal Fact:
    Riley has been married to his wife Amie for six years, and they have one daughter named Mariella. He loves the University of Kentucky and playing golf.

    Why I love to coach:
    I love to coach because of what the sport has done for me personally and the impact that my coaches had on me.

  • Stan Long

    Sport: Basketball

    Favorite Verse:
    John 3:16

    Experience:
    Stan played basketball at John Handley High School in Winchester, VA, trained one on one basketball for six years and has 14 years of K-12th grade referee experience.

    Personal Fact:
    Stan is married to Melissa Long, enjoys playing piano, recording music, and cooking. He holds a bachelors of science in civil engineering and works as a Structural engineer.

    Why I love to coach:
    To develop young minds and friendships and spread God's word while teaching the gospel and basketball fundamentals.

  • Chris French

    Sport: Basketball

    Experience:
    Chris is a high school junior and has played school ball as well as coached Upward Basketball for the past 4 seasons, 2 as an assistant and 2 as a head. He has also served 2 summers as a camp counselor at Future Hoops Stars in Boca Raton.

    Personal Fact:
    Chris is an elite high school distance runner at Spanish River Community High School and advanced with his team to the state cross country championships in 2014 and 2015. He has received 4 varsity letters in 4 seasons of cross country and track and was Palm Beach County's JV cross county champion his freshman year.

    Why I love to coach:
    I love to share my passion for sports and Jesus with young players.

    Andy Russo

    Sport: Basketball

    Experience:
    Andy has more than 35 years of successful experience developing competitive basketball programs on the high school, college and professional levels. He has compiled a career record of 550-322 at all levels. In six seasons as Saint Andrew's School head varsity girls basketball coach, Andy's teams have recorded 104 wins with 3 district titles. He is also the founder of Future Hoop Stars, which offers basketball camps and instruction to boys and girls ages 5-14.

    Personal Fact:
    Andy and his wife, Jacque, live in Boynton Beach and have two children. Andy received his undergraduate degree from Lake Forest College and his graduate degree in history at Northwestern University.

    Why I love to coach:
    I love to see kids develop mentally, athletically, socially and spiritually.
